The Asian Institute of Technology promotes technological change and sustainable development in the Asian-Pacific region through higher education, research and outreach. Established in Bangkok in 1959, AIT has become a leading regional postgraduate institution and is actively working with public and private sector partners throughout the region and with some of the top universities in the world. AIT have extensive experience in assisting development of curriculum, build teaching and research capacity, and policies for research promotion of universities in the Asia Pacific region, and are well recognized for their knowledge, skill transfer competency and in providing support to all stakeholders.
They also have considerable experience in dealing with different donors development agencies, government ministries, UN institutions, development banks, private sector, etc. AIT faculties are well versed with Green technology in the country, technology options available for the different sectors, transformation from primary to useful energy, including their availability, cost, policies and impacts, and be aware of other green technology related current and emerging issues. Our Intellectual property center helps us oversee IP rights, royalties, licenses (and fees), and other legal matters without any hassles.
